Our activities and projects give full shape to the concept of diversity , intercultural dialog and gender equality. Gender equality means a society in which women and men shall enjoy in all domains of life, the same opportunities, results, rights and obligations. Equal opportunities for financial independence through work or by setting up companies, enjoy equal access to education and the opportunity to develop personal ambitions. An essential aspect of the promotion of gender equality is the emancipation of women, with a focus on identifying and restoring the imbalances and giving to women more autonomy to manage their own lives. Empowerment of women is crucial to sustainable development and the realization of human rights for all. The roles that men and women play in society are, as far as we can decide, not only biologically determined but in the big part also socially determinated.

Targets
With our activities we try to bring the citizens of different cultures in contact to each other. It is in our mind to promote the mutual acceptance between citizens with various origin by means of exchange of experiences and cooperation between both groups. Also are the activities directed on the seeking of common interfaces, the development of positive image, respect of each other and stimulating of the dialogue between cultures. Participation gets a clear accent in the activities.
